4) Warranty - Technical assistance after 15 days from delivery

The reinforced cardboard box packaging must be properly prepared, including the product in its original well sealed packaging. Include a copy of the purchase document.

6) Authorized return and / or refund of the product

Any return, replacement or refund must be authorized in writing by Gruppo Professionisti Srl - Buy on Mars.

7) What happens if the product / order is not collected ?

When an order has not been collected by the recipient, it will be returned to the warehouse.
